Day 1 of Evo 2014 Champion Series begins

Jul 11, 2014 No Comments by

The largest annual fighting game tournament is officially underway. Running two streams over the three-day duration, the best players in the world will compete for the most prestigious title in fighting game tournaments. Eight games, including Super Smash Bros. Melee and Ultra Street Fighter IV, will  be streamed. For players unfamiliar with Evo, or the fighting game scene in general, this tournament is perhaps the best place for newcomers to get a taste for competitive play. Not only are the players the best of the best (producing such famous moments as Evo Moment #37), but the commentators are consistently professional and informative. Read the full schedule below and be sure to tune in.   evo2014_stream_schedule_v4
